The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geospatial Research Laboratory (GRL) has a needs to procure one Mobile Emergency Water Treatment System (WOW) cart system. The WOW system allows for remote production of bleach by combination of salt and water to aid in treatment requirement for reduction and removal of biofilm encrustation within relief well systems of dams and levees. WOW system to be procured on a sole source basis from EDGE Outreach, Inc., DBA WaterStep (CAGE Code: 6KUN0). ERDC-GRL requires the purchase of the WOW Cart for field support, investigations, troubleshooting, and further research improvement. WaterStep is currently the only provider of the WOW Cart with options for technical support. WaterStep only uses authorized product parts and servicing technical expertise for replacement and calibration of the technical instrument. - Documents:
