- Description:
- Collin County is seeking to identify a supplier for the purpose of removing, and then purchasing or disposing of an estimated amount of 12,000 gallons of diesel fuel, currently located in an underground storage tank. Suppliers will have an opportunity to pull a fuel sample during the mandatory pre-bid meetings, and have the fuel tested at no charge to the County. Fuel testing equipment/kits will NOT be provided for fuel sampling. It will be the responsibility of the supplier attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting(s) to supply their own testing equipment/kits. Testing is not required by the County, but any interested bidder wanting to submit a purchase price but does not take a fuel sample will do so at their own risk
