ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC (AFFS) is seeking offerors for Removal & Replacement work covered in the attached Statement of Work (SoW). Removal and Replacement shall consist of the following asbestos abatement, removing and replacing carpet, vinyl composition tile and wall base and any incidental work necessary to provide a complete and usable finished product.
This will only be awarded if Government funding is approved. This proposed contract is anticipated to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Contract and quotations will be evaluated using Best Value/Technically acceptable to the Government.
The Government/AFFS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government/AFFS cancels this solicitation, the Government/AFFS has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
Site visit will be held on Tuesday 22 July 2025 at 10:00 A.M. CST. Please see Statement of Work for base access requirements.
To be eligible for award, registration with the System of Award Management (SAM) must be current. To register or update go to www.sam.gov.
Proposals must be timely and refer to the attached Statement of Work and submitted electronically via email to jay.woolsey.ctr@us.af.mil NLT August 7th, 2025 11 A.M. CST. Quotes must be valid for 90 days due to approved Government funding. No late responses will be excepted or considered.
A Question-and-Answer form will be attached and will need to be used and emailed to jay.woolsey.ctr@us.af.mil. All questions will need to be received NLT August 1, 2025.
AFFS will be awarding this project on behalf of the Government. Therefore, vendor paperwork will need to be completed and returned to get the awardee set up in the accounting system. - Documents:
