This is a sources sought notice for information and planning purposes and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of VA. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), small, disadvantaged businesses (SDB), Women-owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business, 8(a) Small Business and small business concerns that are interested in and capable of performing the work described in the work statement attachment. Your responses to the sources sought will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible, and the correct approach i.e., purchase and installation, construction, etc. and may result in a change of the NAICS Code and PSC Code based on our findings.
