Description:
SCOPE OF WORK PROJECT NO. 658-22-104 Renovate Shell Space VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER SALEM, VA 24153 The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and qualified supervision to complete the work outlined in the drawings and specifications for Project 658-22-104, aimed at renovating the shell space at VAMC Salem, Virginia. This renovation will create temporary workstations for employees displaced due to ongoing construction, renovation, or repair activities. The objective of this project is to transform existing shell space in Building 143, Rooms 1C-129 and 1C-129A, into seventeen (17) new cubicle workstations. The scope of work includes modification and renovation to the fire alarm, sprinkler, electrical, telecommunication, and HVAC systems as well as installation of new interior finishes within the space. The allocated construction period for completing the specified work is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). There is no deductive alternative for this project.
