The U.S. Embassy Kyiv, Ukraine has a requirement for a firm to perform renovation works at the America House Compound located at 6 Pymonenko St. in Kyiv, Ukraine. This project includes reconstruction of roof, replacement of existing translucent canopy with a new one, installation of an awning, replacement of roof drainage system, partial relocation of storm drainage system, repair and repainting of interior and exterior areas of buildings. This construction effort is estimated to be in the range between USD 100,000.00 and USD 250,000.00 and needs to be completed within 30 calendar days.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and offers are being requested. The solicitation number is 19UP3025Q0008 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses.
All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their quote:
Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Ukraine; Have SAM UEI number and active SAM registration (www.sam.gov). This requirement applies to the Offeror and each subcontractor. Be able to demonstrate prior construction experience with suitable references. Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work. Have all licenses and permits required by local law. Meet all local insurance requirements. Have the ability to obtain or to post adequate payment security, such as bonds, irrevocable letters of credit or guarantees issued by a reputable financial institution. Have no adverse criminal record.
