Renovation And Upfit Of The 8,300-Square Foot Community Training Center Building For Classroom Use. This Project Will Create A New Large Classroom Facility For The College To Help Address Classroom Availability Needs Related To The Increase In Enrollment Experienced In The Last Two Years. The Newly Renovated Space Will Consolidate The Previously Demolished Area Into Three Large Classrooms, A Family Bathroom And Six Offices. All Hvac Distribution, Lighting And Data Systems Will Be Replaced With New Systems To Enhance Efficiency And Capacity. The Existing Bathrooms Will Receive Updates To Fixtures And Finishes. The Exterior Of The Building Will Receive An Architectural Enhancement Pending The Overall Budget. The Existing Roof And Hvac Unit Are New And Will Not Be Replaced.
