This request for proposal (RFP) solicitation # 12505B25R0006 is for Renovation of LSS Suite and Room 211 in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a small business size standard of under $45 Million. The applicable PSC is Z2AA (Repair or Alteration of Buildings). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
