Subject: Request for Quotations number 19AJ2025Q0017
Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for U.S. Embassy Renovation of walls and replacement of floor tiles at Post 2
If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter.
The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
All construction work shall be performed outside of regular working hours and at weekends, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer. Regular working hours are defined as 08:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site. The pre-proposal site visit will be held on August 12, 2025, at 14:00 p.m. Baku time at the U.S. Embassy in Baku, Azadlig avenue 111. Prospective offerors/quoters planning to attend the site visit must submit the names (First Name Surname) and phone number of their company-s representatives to Procurement Agent Elnara Gurbanova at e-mail address: gurbanovaEN@state.gov no later than August 10, 2025 18:00 p.m. Baku time. This information must be provided to ensure access to the site. No substitutes or additional persons may attend the site visit. Attendees are requested to carry their photo ID along with them.
Quotations are due by August 18, 2025, 18:00 Baku time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
