Description:
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Montgomery Procurement Department located at 25 Washington Avenue, Montgomery, AL 36104 (1st floor) until December 18, 2025 @ 2pm, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.The scope of work includes renovations to the existing building and related site improvements. Work shall include the installation of a new domestic water backflow preventer at the project site, a new wash rack system with waste water connected to the city sewer through a new sand/oil separator, and painting of the existing metal building framing (including all incidental framing). Additional work includes surface preparation, priming, and painting of the existing exterior insulation system. Electrical work will include extending power to the new equipment enclosure and installation of new LED lighting, along with other associated improvements necessary for a complete and functional renovation.
