The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for Renovations to Garage Building Project C at Columbia Plateau Conservation Research Center at 48037 Tubbs Ranch Road, Adams, OR 97810. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document.
