- The San Francisco Airport Commission is seeking proposals for a Small Business Set-Aside Cafe Lease at the Rental Car Center. The available location is approximately 235 sq. ft., with a lease term of seven years, plus an option to extend for an additional two years at the sole discretion of the Airport Commission. The Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) offer is $34,000, and the base rent for each lease year will be the greater of the MAG or the sum of the percentage rent structured.
