This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 - Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, dated January 3, 2025.
This solicitation is issued as unrestricted procurement. All interested vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The assigned NAICS code is 532412, Construction, Mining, and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The size standard for this NAICS code is $40,000,000.
Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires nine (9) rental utility trucks in support of Delta Company of the 249th Engineer Battalion. See attached Performance Work Statement and Performance Work Statement Attachment 01.
Contract Line Items: This requirement and associated contract line-item numbers (CLINs) is provided in the attached Excel Spreadsheet entitled Pricing Schedule.
Basis for award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis solicitation on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of the responsible Offeror whose services meet the requirements listed in the Performance Work Statement.
