US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles Long Beach is seeking bids and proposals for a 1 year service contract for oily water and hazardous materials ((Soluble-Waste (C-2)) offload and disposal. Upon initial award and first service, subsequent services will occur every 90 days with the last scheduled service in September of 2026.
