General Description of Requirement: Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to inspect, repair, and replace all damaged or rotting exterior wood elements to include Fascia boards, rake boards, and wood trim around window casings. Additionally, this project includes realigning and resecuring sagging or separated gutters and surface preparation and repainting to include scraping and removing loose or peeling paint from rake boards, gable vents.
