This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0925R70093054 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Repainting of service vehicles. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective May 12, 2025. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811121. The anticipated Period of Performance is August 15, 2025 - August 14, 2028. The Government intends to award a three-year Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) from this solicitation and reserves the right to award to multiple vendors.

(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
