Description
The Medical ReadinessContracting Office - Pacific intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for on-site and off-site repair and maintenance of Government owned surgical instruments for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. This requirement is for a one (1) year base period from 01 October 2025 - 30 September 2025 and four (4) one-year option periods. The clause at FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services will be incorporated into the contract.
The proposed acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 811210 and the annual size standard is $34M. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registry with NAICS Code 811210 prior to award. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
