Sources Sought for Potential Procurement of Repair and Overhauls for accessories and components to support HC-144 Aircraft

This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of any commercially available vendors that may be of interest to the United States Coast Guard (USCG). This notice is to assist the USCG in determining the potential sources capable of providing an OEM approved accessory and components repairs and overhauls for HC-144 aircraft IAW current OEM manuals or other OEM component maintenance manuals. Potential sources must be able to provide evidence of possession of an OEM license to ensure access to the most correct OEM overhaul data and OEM replacement parts. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM-s) is Airbus DS Miliary Systems, Inc (Cage Code 0DAF1).

Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), CAGE Code, repair capabilities, certifications, etc. which will allow the USCG to understand your full capabilities. Also, due to concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide the services of the required components it is believed that only the OEM, Airbus DS Military Systems, Inc is capable of providing these services.
