Project Title: Repair Asphalt Runway 14-32 - Section 25 - Phase 3
Project Location: Dover AFB
The project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair a portion of Runway 14/32 pavement (SOW, FY24 REPAIR RUNWAY 32 PAVEMENT PHASE 3, REVISION 1, dated 7 March 2024).A. Rotor mill an area 150 LF x 2100 LF to a depth of 2 inches.B. Repave 150 LF x 2100 LF with 2 inches PG 76-22 binder FAA Mix in accordance withUFC 3-260-02. Groove new pavement in in accordance with UFGS 32 01 18.71(Grooving of Airfield Paving).C. Crack seal 4200 LF (2100 LF x 2) 25 FT wide shoulder areasD. Restripe all demolished stripes/markings with retroreflective (Type 1 or Type III beads) and white paint. Markings consists of 11 - 120 LF long arrows.
A. This acquisition is for full and open competition. B. The NAICS Code is 237310; size standard is $45,000,000.C. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.D. Contract performance period is 60 calendar days.E. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).F. A site visit will be held on 29 May 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. with a meetup location at Main Gate Visitor Center on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware.
