COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION HVAC repair performed at the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office in Pocatello, IDQuotes Must Comply With INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Provided In Paragraph (viii)The following information is provided in accordance with FAR 5.207(a)(16) and 5.207(c):(1) A National Stock Number is not assigned to this requirement.(2) This requirement is for mission-essential, non-personal, commercial repair services of a Carrier HVAC unit #1 and Liebert unit #1. Troubleshooting indicates a failed condenser on the Carrier - this requirement is to confirm the issue, remove the failed condenser, and provide and install the new condenser. Troubleshooting on the Liebert indicates a refrigerant leak - this requirement is to locate the leak, perform repairs, and re-charge the system. The Government will provide the R-22 to recharge the Liebert. The contractor shall provide all other labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work described in the Statement of Work. The service technicians performing the work should be experienced with Carrier and Liebert units. This is a firm-fixed priced requirement. (3) The Carrier unit #1 is Model # 39LA1121AA1931-R, Serial # 4494T61229. The Liebert unit #1 is Model # FH114AUAAM, Serial # 310878-001.(4) Replacement parts must be compatible with the existing units. (5) This requirement is not for a predominant material of manufacture.(6) This requirement is a one-time repair. (7) The functional unit of issue will be Job, but will be represented on the contract and in the system as Dollars (lump sum) due to how the contracting system is programmed. (8) The Place of Performance is the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office at 1945 Beechcraft Ave. Pocatello, ID 83204.(9) Schedule.
