  THE CURRENT STATUS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION AS IT IS A CATEGORY Z-MAINTENACE AND REPAIR PSC CODE Z2LB Repair or Alteration of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.00
  The Location of this project is JBSA-Lackland, City of San Antonio ,Bexar County , in the State of Texas.
  THE 502D CONTRACTING SQUADRON, JBSA-LACKAND, TEXAS; INTENDS TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICED CONTRACT
  Project Description:The work includes Full Depth repair in areas where base material is exposed or the roadway is showing structural distresses, curb and gutter replacement (as needed), drainage improvement, and other incidental related work. Be advised the work description may change between now and when the actual solicitation is issued.
  ONCE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE OBTAINED, THESE DOCUMENTS WILL BE POSTED ON THIS SITE AND AN OFFICIAL SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED.
  THE SOLICITATION WITH THE OFFICIAL SPECIFICATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE ON THE WORLD WIDE WEB ON OR ABOUT 30 APR 25.
  THE TENTATIVE DATE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS WILL BE 30 MAY 2025.
  There is no fee for the solicitation.
