Repair the Computer Navigator in support of the UH-1N Helicopter Fleet
This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing the Computer Navigator in support of the UH-1N Helicopter Program. The item to be repaired is the following: Noun: Computer Navigator; NSN 5826016675541; Part number: 011-01066-00, a global navigation set that simultaneously gives the pilot vital approach information; weather and traffic data. The period of performance shall consist of a basic one-year period after contract award plus four one-year ordering periods.

The UH-1N has a fleet of 68 and supports the Presidential Mission. This part must be repaired by a source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of ASME Y14.100, Engineering Drawing and Related Documentation Practices. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge is not available to permit repair by other sources. This is not a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) item sold or repaired on the open market to both civilian and government customers. The only source currently approved is the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Aero Dynamix Inc.
