This sources sought notice is for market research purposes only. No contract award will be made based off any response to this notice.
SCOPE OVERVIEW
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform repairing and upgrading switchgear components as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. A draft PWS is attached in this sources sought notice.
SET-ASIDE
The government has not yet determined the capability of small businesses to fulfill the specifics of the requirement. Information regarding interested parties- size statuses is requested in response to this sources sought.
CONTRACT TYPE
The government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) utilizing FAR part 13 and FAR part 12 procedures. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for this requirement.
MANDATORY SOURCE DETERMINATION
The government has not determined if all of the requested products and services can be fulfilled on a mandatory source. Information regarding sources is requested in response to this sources sought.
