The Department of Veterans Affairs, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 565-25-201, to repair fire and smoke doors located at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC.
General Scope: This project will repair fire and smoke doors located in Building Numbers 1 and 3 at the VA Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. The work will require door specialists, electricians, wall finishers, and laborers. Work shall include, but not be limited to providing frame/door labels, recertification of fire ratings, and replacement of metal/wood doors and frames, refinishing walls to match existing walls. Infection control measures must be taken as directed by VA. All offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to note wall types, existing conditions, required hardware, take rough measurements, etc., necessary for proper bids. Contractor to complete construction within 150 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, but considerations for lead time on materials may be taken.
Estimated construction magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.

This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
