We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited.The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Construction services to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, coordination, and services necessary for Repair Fire Doors (Project #565-25-101) located at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center Campus in Fayetteville, North Carolina.The proposed NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $45.0 Million.The proposed PSC code is Z1DA Maintenance of Hospitals and Infirmaries. The anticipated Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated Period of Performance is 150 days from the Notice to Proceed.Statement of WorkThis project will repair fire and smoke doors located in Building nos. 1 and 3 at the VA Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28601. The work will require door specialists, electricians, wall finishers, and laborers. Construction will be done in accordance with VA specifications, Design guides, Infection Control guidelines and all applicable codes.
