Description
This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, quote or invitation for bid. Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement to REPAIR HVAC BUILDING 550, Project FGWB 21-0007 at Dobbins ARB, GA. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Set-aside is in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.
Work consist of but is not limited to providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to REPAIR HVAC BUILDING 550, Project FGWB 21-0007 in accordance with the project-s Statement of Work and Drawings. The Statement of Work and Drawings will be posted as attachments to the solicitation.
Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, 94th Contracting Flight, intends to solicit a contract to REPAIR HVAC BUILDING 550, Project FGWB 21-0007 at Dobbins ARB, GA.
At Building 550, the Contractor will replace the existing plunger type VAV-s, Reconfigure AHU3 for hydronic cooling, make misc. repairs throughout the facility. The facility currently has Distech Controls, any other controls must be pre-approved and must include all the software and licensing required to reprogram, recommission and replace. All controls must be unbranded with non-expiring license. All controls work must be fully integrated into Dobbins UMCS with graphics and alarms. Coordination with the facility will be required to minimize the impact on the user. Work shall be completed in one area at a time and in a manner as to minimize the down time.
