The contract includes the repair, installation and replacement of suspendedceilings, walls and doors including electronic locking systems for access control,floors, windows, kitchens, heating and sanitary equipment, metal and woodenconstructions, façade constructions, necessary painting work and removal ofmaterials containing asbestos within USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community,this means within Tower Barracks (Grafenwoehr), Rose Barracks (Vilseck), Field Campsand Ranges2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed Amount of Euro20,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value ofEuro 10,000,000.00.3. Contract Period: 01 November 2025 - 31 October 20304. Thirty (30) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor.
