The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, TX is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-25-B-A002, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico.
General Information: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The project consists of widening the roadway from 18- to 24-, the existing roadway willneed to be removed and replaced. Existing asphalt and base will be removed and disposed of off-site. Subgrade and new base course will be processed, tack coat and new SP-IV asphalt will be applied. Thermoplastic pavement markings and traffic signswill also be applied without disturbing existing tank trails. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) . The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed has been issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 (Size Standard $45 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $500,000. and $1,000,000.
