The US Air Forces- intends to award a Sole Source contract to Pacific Electronics Enterprises Inc. with a Cage Code of32324 pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and 10 USC2304(d)(1)(i)(ii), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Thecontract will be for the repair of T-38 Control Assembly. The current acquisition strategy is to issue a Firm FixedPrice contract with a basic year and nine 1-year options. Anticipated award will be a Requirements contract. Thecontemplated period of performance is Sep 14, 2025, thru Sep 13, 2035.
