PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal or invitation for bid.The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick SFB, FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA252125B0008 being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation document. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued.
This IFB is being set aside to 8(a) Small Business concerns; all others will be deemed non responsive. Contract award will be based on FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. An award will be made to the responsible bidder (IAW FAR 9.104-1) whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation.
