This Special Notice constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 70Z03825QW0000082 is issued as a Special Notice of Intent to Award to Safran Electronics & Defense (Cage Code 003T0), for the Repair/Modification of one (1) Throttle Quadrant A and the Repair of one (1) Throttle Quadrant to support the HC-27J Aircraft: NSN PART NUMBER NOMENCLATURE QTY1680-15-194-9810 4260-0021-2 Throttle Quadrant A 1 EAModified to: 1680-01-HS3-1360 4260-0021-31680-01-HS3-1360 4260-0021-3 Throttle Quadrant 1 EA
At the time of award, the USCG intends to have one (1) modification/repair completed for the components/items specified in line item 1. IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-6 the USCG may require additional modification/repair for up to one (1) components/items for a maximum quantity of two (2) at the same price as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) after the initial award date.
At the time of award, the USCG intends to have one (1) repair completed for the components/items specified in line item 2. IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-6 the USCG may require additional repair for up to one (1) components/items for a maximum quantity of two (2) at the same price as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) after the initial award date. **Please note that if the USCG chooses to exercise any optional quantity modifications, such modifications will be issued unilaterally to the contractor.
All items must be repaired in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), specifications to include the latest revisions, updates and service bulletins. The OEM for these items is Aeronautica Militare -Comando Logistico -Stato Maggiore (O.C.F.A.), (Cage Code A8170).
