Sources Sought: Replacement/Repair components needed for medical devices must meet specifications set forth by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) therefore the purpose of this sources sought notice is to find available Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) to effect repairs and calibrations on existing Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) for the Great Plains Area Indian Health Services (GPAIHS) Clinical Engineering program.

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Indian Health Service. This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE). Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing.
1.0 OBJECTIVE
The Clinical Engineering program will ship TMDE to the Contractor who will perform bench-level repairs to bring test equipment back to normal functionality. Contractor will also perform calibrations and provide proof of certification in either digital or hardcopy format prior to returning the TMDE to the Clinical Engineering program.
2.0 SCOPE
The contractor shall to effect repairs and calibrations on existing Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) for the Great Plains Area Indian Health Services (GPAIHS) Clinical Engineering program.
3.0 CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS
