Description
Scope: The contractor shall provide all necessary material, labor, and supervision for the fallowing tasks:Certifications: The contractor shall provide a third party ASSE 6020 certified inspector and a third party ASSE 6030 ASSE certified verifier per VA Directive 7515(1) for the inspections, and commissioning. All installers shall possess an ASSE 6010 certificate. The contractor shall provide a copy of all certifications to the COR.Medical Air compressors: Replace medical air compressor units in buildings 320-1A131, 320-1B131, and 330-BC120. (Refer to exhibits 2, 3, and 4). Temporary units of minimum equivalent capacity of the existing units must be provided to ensure minimal interruptions during the replacement process.Medical Vacuum Pump: Replace the medical vacuum pump unit in building 320-1B131. (Refer to exhibit 3). The contractor shall provide temporary unit of minimum equivalent capacity of the existing units to ensure minimal interruptions during the replacement process. N2O & N2 Manifolds: Replace the Nitrous Oxide gas manifold and the Nitrogen gas manifold in building 310-1F148 and 149. (Refer to exhibit 1).Replace 4 Master Alarm Panels. The alarm panel located in Bio-Med room -B330-BC123 shall be removed and replaced with new panel and relocated to room B330-BB102 for install as indicated on exhibit 4 drawings. (Refer to Exhibits 1, 3, 4, and 5).
