The Phoenix VA Medical Center has identified two (2) air-conditioning units located at Building 14 of the main campus that have failed. The objective of this contract is to provide parts/labor and material for installation of two (2) air-conditioning package units. This units provide cooling to Building 14. One is located on the North side of the building, and the other is located on the South Side of the building. The demolition of the existing units will need to be completed before installation of the new units. Proper disposal of the old refrigerant is essential, with detailed documentation provided to adhere to EPA Guidelines. The new units will need to be installed in a manner that the new AC units will be accessible for maintenance and or repairs, which guarantees efficient cooling coverage. The installation of a duct conversion kit may be installed to accommodate this request. - Documents:
