PROJECT TITLE: VBA Montgomery Regional Office Air Handler Replacement.PROJECT SCOPE: Contractor will provide all material and labor for project to replace two (2) Air Handling units at the Veterans Benefits Administration Regional Office building. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Veterans Affairs Regional Office #322 345 Perry Hill Road Montgomery, AL 36109The solicitation number is 36C10D25R0009. Specific instructions on submitting offers will be contained in the solicitation documents. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about May 1, 2025, with offers due within 30 days. The entire solicitation package, including all attachments, will be available electronically at www.fbo.gov . Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: In accordance with Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) 836.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. The Government will consider an offeror's price for reasonableness, Technical and past performance to determine the best value in accordance with the procedures outlined in FAR Part 15.
