Construction Service for Replace ATS3 B701 This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about April 23, 2025. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instruction.Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 2 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19M. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000.Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to David.rovner@va.gov and cc: daniel.jhun@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a request for proposal for a general construction contractor to Replace ATS3 B701 in accordance with the SOW located on the VA Mather Campus located at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655-4200. The duration of this project is approximately 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
