The project site is located at Naval Air Station Oceana, Dam Neck Annex, building 508 The work involves modernizing the existing in-ground direct plunger hydraulic passenger elevators (2) assembly, the elevator machine systems and controls, and associated connection assemblies, complete. Provide a complete three-stop passenger elevator assembly, machine room system, controls, and associated connection assemblies. Renovate existing elevator cab. Mechanical, Fire Protection and Electrical are required in support of the elevator modernization.
