OPPORTUNITIES DESCRIPTIONConstruction Service for Project No. 612-25-017, Replace Flooring throughout VA Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS). This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or around July 23, 2025. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions.This requirement is a total set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB).The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(d) Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects is anticipated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to christopher.whipple@va.gov Project Purpose: The VANCHCS requires the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct Project 612-25-017, Replace Flooring VANCHCS. The purpose of this project is to replace flooring throughout VANCHCS. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials needed to perform all demolition, replacement, and installation required by this scope as required by the project statement of work (SOW), drawings, and specifications.The period of performance for this project is 90 calendar days from when the notice to proceed (NTP) is issued.The work will be accomplished in three (3) separate VANCHCS locations: VA Martinez Medical Center- 150 Muir Rd.
