The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement to Replace Headhouse Roof at the Plant Genetics Research Unit in Columbia, MO.Solicitation 12505B24R0004 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP).
