NOTICE TO BIDDERS Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked Bid 2025-30: Replace Heating and Chilled Water Piping at Courthouseuntil Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. November 25, 2025,at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the bids. A mandatory walkthrough is scheduled on November 13, 2025 at 9:00am at the Courthouse, Basement. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Commissioner Mark Knight, 417 451 8223. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
