Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to issue a solicitation for labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace 149 existing vertical blinds under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.
The anticipated contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) with a period of performance of 02/28/2025- 08/29/2025.
This procurement is expected to be Competed under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold under NAICS Code 561210 Facilities Support Services, with a corresponding size standard of $47.0 Million.
Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace 149 existing vertical blinds. The scope of work consist of: 1. Remove and dispose of 149 vertical blinds; 2. Prep area to receive the new blinds; and 3. Furnish and install 149 vertical blinds. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the forthcoming solicitation.
Anticipated Solicitation Release Date
The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about February 7, 2025 via SAM.gov. Interested vendors should regularly check SAM.gov for updates. No paper copies will be issued.
Contractor Registration
All interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and throughout the contract period.

This is NOT a request for proposals (RFP) or quotations (RFQ). No contract will be awarded as a result of this pre-solicitation notice. The Government is not obligated to award a contract as a result of this notice and will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing a response.
