The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement to replace the main distribution panel and associated electrical feeders at the North Central Soil Conservation Research Laboratory in Morris, Minnesota.Solicitation 1232SA25R0033 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP).
