Description
The work will include:
Replace Roofs Multi-Metal Roofs Buildings 6135, 6220, 7104, 7218, 7407, 7409, 8030. Key Work Items: Underlayment: 40-mil, high-temp (240°F), self-adhering bituminous sheet (ASTM D1970) Roof Panels: Full-length, standing seam, 18” width, no exposed fasteners; allow thermal movement Fascia/Gutters: Replace all with color-matched, prefinished metal Fall Protection: Provide non-penetrating HLL system, engineered design Waste Reporting: Track & report C&D waste weight Inspection: Final roof must pass manufacturer inspection for warranty issuance. The requirement involves the removal and replacement of existing roof systems with prefinished, standing seam metal roofs, including underlayment, decking repair, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and fall protection systems.
Note: The Attachments and Statement(s) of Work will be provided in the Solicitation Phase.
1. This Synopsis will close on 23 July 2025 at 1:00PM CST
2. A solicitation May be posted on or around 25 July 2025.
3. In accordance with FAR 36.204(g), the Disclosure of Magnitude for this requirement will be between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
