The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) hereby issues solicitation 15BFA023B00000035 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Systems at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) located in Coleman, Florida.
FCC Coleman is a federal correctional complex located at 846 N.E. 54th Terrace, Coleman, FL 33521. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction to replace portions of the PLC systems. Specifications attachment included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project.

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $500,000 and $1,000,000. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238210 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 million.
