1. Demolish and replace existing fans.
2. Upgrade controls of new fans.
3. Adjust air plenum to separate intake for AHUs and CPC Room B08.
4. Adjust duct, diffusers, bracings, penetrations, controls and power wiring for proper operation of HVAC equipment.
5. Patch and repair adjustments to roof openings.
6. Patch and repair finishes to match existing.
