This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item with commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1232SA25Q0535 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, South East Area, located at Athens, GA requires replacement of sewage pumps. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order.
