Description
The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Nebraska Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFQ) for the Replace wood shingles on two buildings in West Branch, IA. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to replace two wooden shingle roofs at Herbert Hoover National Historic Site. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6025Q0010PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by late May 2025 to early June 2025 with performance to begin in June 2025. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Cedar/Johnson County, IA will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and PriceNorth American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238160, and the size standard is $19.0 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.
