Project Description:The County is requesting Quotes for the replacement of four (4) aging 40-yard compactor receiver boxes currently in operation at each Environmental Convenience Center (ECC). The existing units are over 20 years old, structurally degraded, and no longer suitable for safe transport to the transfer station. New receiver boxes are required to ensure continued operational safety and efficiency.Receiver boxes are integral to ECC operations, serving as the primary containment units that connect to compactors for efficient waste collection and transport. These boxes must be structurally sound, compatible with current equipment, and capable of withstanding heavy use and environmental wear.The Contractor must deliver four (4) 40-yard compactor receiver boxes to the Rosemary Hill Solid Waste Facility located at 3545 Rosemary Hill Road Green Cove Springs, FL 32043.
