INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that the McDonald County R-1 School District will be accepting bids for the replacement of Carpet to VCT tile at Noel Elementary school within the McDonald County R1 School District. Noel: Classroom #206 Please include 2% added stock. Color and style will be determined by owner. Product: Tarkett VCT Tile 12” X 12” Vinyl Wall Cove Base 4” x 1/8” Interested parties must contact the Central Office for a visit of the site. All communications concerning this Bid, including requests for additional information or clarification, must be directed to Will Gordon, Assistant Superintendent, via phone (417)845-3321 or via email at will.gordon@mcdonaldr1.net. All interested parties must submit bids by April 8th, 2025 9:00 a.m. No late submittals will be accepted. Submittals will be reviewed at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 8th, 2025 in the McDonald County R-1 School District Administrative Office; all interested parties are invited to attend. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the District.
