- The City is seeking qualified, reliable general contractor(s) to provide all materials and labor needed to build a single-family home according to specifications provided in this Request for Proposal. The timeframe for completion of this project is eight (8) months from the executed contract with the homeowner and the City of Tampa. The City will evaluate partnering with a selected developer in responding to Housing and Community Development-s Replacement Home (SHIP) program RFP.
